TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ROLLER MECHANISM WAS SHREDDING PERTAINING TO THE REAR SEATS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO POWER NEWPORT FORD LINCOLN (1107 OREGON COAST HWY, NEWPORT, OR 97365, (541) 265-4601) FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 30,000.
