Consumer Description
I HAVE TAKEN MY VEHICLE IN MULTIPLE TIMES DUE TO STUTTERING AND INCORRECT SHIFTING FROM MY TRANSMISSION. EACH TIME THEY SAY THEY RESET THE ENGINE THEN TEST IT AND CANT FIND A PROBLEM. A FEW WEEKS LATER MY VEHICLE IS ACTING UP AGAIN AND I REPEAT THE STEPS. I HAVE FINALLY GIVEN UP TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH THE DEALER AND AM CONTACTING YOU DIRECTLY. I HAVE MY TWO KIDS IN THIS CAR AND IT IS FRIGHTENING TO THINK THAT I MAY BE DRIVING DOWN THE FREE WAY AND HAVE THE TRANSMISSION JUST CUT OUT ON ME. THEY KNOW IT IS AN ISSUE WITH THIS MAKE, MODEL AND YEAR AS WELL AS AN ISSUE WITH OTHER MAKES AND MODELS. THEY REPLACED MY BROTHERS FOCUS FOR A SIMILAR ISSUE BUT REFUSE TO ACT IN REGARDS TO MY CAR. I AM HONESTLY JUST SICK OF IT AND WANT MY CAR FIXED OR REPLACED.
