TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING 3 MPH, THE REAR WINDOW SHATTERED WITHOUT WARNING WHILE THE DEFROSTER WAS ACTIVATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE WINDOW, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
