TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR WINDOW SHATTERED WHILE THE DEFROSTER WAS ACTIVATED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 71,000. UPDATED 05/09/17*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THE REAR WINDOW SHATTERED AFTER THE DEFROSTER WAS TURNED ON. THE CONSUMER REQUESTED TO HAVE THE DEFROSTER DISCONNECTED. UPDATED 09/06/2017*JS
