TL* THE CONTACT OWNS AS 2014 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WHILE MAKING A LEFT OR RIGHT TURN AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, AN ABNORMAL NOISE EMITTED FROM THE STEERING WHEEL. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 51,000.
