LETTER FROM SENATOR MARKEY ON BEHALF OF CONSTITUENT RE 2011 CADILLAC CTS RECALL NOTICE. *SMD THE CONSUMER RECEIVED AN IGNITION RECALL NOTICE IN THE SUMMER OF 2014. THE CONSUMER ASSUMED THE DEALER WAS GOING TO REPLACE THE FAULTY IGNITION SWITCH. HOWEVER, THEY ONLY REMOVED THE OTHER KEYS FROM HIS KEY RING. *JB
