TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V529000( STEERING) IN DECEMBER OF 2013. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE CONTACTED BOTH THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE PART WAS STILL NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
