TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AUTOMATIC LOCKING SYSTEM FOR THE DOORS FAILED AND CAUSED THE DOORS NOT TO CLOSE AUTOMATICALLY OR MANUALLY. THE CONTACT HAD TO RELEASE THE IGNITION OFF DRAIN FUSE TO RESET THE DOOR LOCK SYSTEM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO HAVE A DIAGNOSTIC PERFORMED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 163, 00 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 175,000. *TR
