TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO UNLOCK THE VEHICLE AND THE LOCKS FAILED WHEN USING THE REMOTE AND THE AUTOMATIC LOCK SWITCH. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
