TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 JEEP LIBERTY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE ROOF OF THE VEHICLE BLEW OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 44,000.
