"NHTSA RECALL CAMPAIGN 04V596000" CONCERNING UPPER BALL JOINT WEAR. OWNER RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM THE MANUFACTURER FOR THIS RECALL. OWNER TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR SERVICE. OWNER WAS TOLD THAT BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM THAT DEALERSHIP, HE WILL HAVE TO WAIT 4 WEEKS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT. THOSE WHO PURCHASED THEIR VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP WERE BEING SERVICED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. *AK
