TL* - THE CONTACT TOOK THE CAR TO SEARS BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS MAKING A POPPING NOISE. THE NOISE OCCURRED SINCE HE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING LIGHTS INDICATING SERVICE WAS NEEDED ON THE VEHICLE . THE CONTACT STATED THE REPAIR WAS PREVIOUSLY DONE INCORRECTLY THE DEALER'S DISTRICT MANAGER DENIED THE REPAIR, ALTHOUGH APPROVAL WAS GIVEN BY THE MANUFACTURER . *AK
