TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA COROLLA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE DOOR MASTER POWER SWITCH WAS LOOSENED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ACCORDING TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V689000 (VISIBILITY); HOWEVER, THE DEALER APPLIED A LUBRICANT WHICH FAILED TO CORRECT THE FAILURE. IN ADDITION TO THE RECALL REMEDY, THE MASTER POWER WINDOW SWITCH ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
