2024 TESLA MODEL Y Back Over Prevention Warnings Problems

When in reverse, the reverse camera disappears if the driver turns the air conditioner on. I was in reverse, pushed the air conditioner button, the camera disappeared and I hit a car behind me. There were also no warning sensors when I got close to the car. It seems to be a safety issue for the reverse camera to ever disappear while in reverse. I’ve had many other cars and while in reverse, you can still turn on the radio or the air conditioner without losing the reverse camera visibility. a child could easily be run over because of this

Tesla has told me the AP4 computer has failed in my car which has resulted in them having to replace it. I had this issue start on 1/12, and I scheduled the earliest appointment available for 1/30. They did not offer me a rental or any assistance during this time, and I need my vehicle to commute to work and conduct other essential activities. It has just over 1,000 miles on it and is ~3 months old now. This issue impacts: backup camera, emergency braking, blind spot detection, lane keep/centering, assisting with parking, automatic high beams and wipers, cruise control/ adaptive cruise control, Vehicles built in GPS to be stuck at one location every time, has made my touchscreen not automatically brighten or dim, my auto dimming mirrors be too dim in most driving conditions, constantly fail to install system improvements and safety updates, and because my vehicle keeps trying...

None of the cameras work in the Tesla. Unable to use any safety features. No reverse camera. Any adaptive cruise control, safety features are all disabled. Two months to get it repaired and serviced.

Park assist error message when put car in reverse. No visualizations on display. Early collision not working. Several times (not in this instance) backup camera has been black and does not show an image. Sentry system error message. FSD offline. (may not be a safety issue but wanted to provide information as it would show other errors in the system affecting safety) I have a scheduled appointment with the service center in February.

According to Tesla the AI4 computer experienced an internal short circuit. This has rendered all cameras including backup camera, GPS, parking sensors, and automatic wipers inoperable. The visibility out of the vehicle is very poor to the rear without the backup camera. Parking without the rear camera and parking sensors is difficult. Not having physical controls for the wipers makes turning them on/off and changing speeds difficult, causing a lot of drivers distraction.

All cameras stopped working. Blind spot detection not working. Blinkers stopped working. No parking assist. Auto wipers . Adas not working. Screen auto brightness not working. Clicking when letting off accelerator. We damaged our tire and rim due to this issue.

All safety sensors appear to be out of service. Navigation is stuck at one location and is not working. All cameras, including backup, are out of operation (only shows dark screen). Back up sensor does not work. This issue has been ongoing for 1 month on a brand new vehicle. Tesla service center has no ETA on resolution. Service appointment has already been pushed back to next year (Jan 2025).

This is a complaint regarding a malfunction of the Tesla Full Self-Driving (FSD) feature, which resulted in damage to my vehicle and may potentially pose a significant safety risk to public. On 07/02/2024, my newly purchased Tesla [Model-Y 2024] was parked next to a pillar in a parking garage. After ensuring that the Full Self-Driving sign was on, I activated the FSD feature. However, as soon as the function was engaged, the vehicle instantly took off and made a right turn.
