The contact owns a 2022 Ram 2500. The contact stated that the vehicle was not properly aligned, and the tires were worn. The dashboard leather had detached. While driving at an undisclosed speed, the windshield wipers became inoperable. Additionally, after it had rained, the contact noticed there was water moving around in the engine bay. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact completed an alignment. The vehicle was taken to the local, who broke an unknown part on the dashboard. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.

I was driving doing 55mph on the highway and the hood came lose and flopped back covering my windshield. Luckily there was nobody too close to me I and was able to avoid a collision.

My 2500 RAM longbed crewcab is a "Tradesman", i am a contractor, so i put a lumber rack on my truck because i also am a TRADESMAN! Problem is this bed rail is 80% hollow and covered with cheap Chinese plastic. I have stress fractures on the outside sheetmetal body panels. And this is with an empty rack 99% of the time. If a work truck cannot be used for work then what the hell is it good for? What the hell do i do about a steadily growing fracture in the structural steel bed? Seatbelt springs are pathetic and barely retract, half the time they remain loose. Drivers side has been replaced and still does not properly retract

I was making a left turn and something under my feet or floorboard a loud crack. then as i completed the turn there was a continue cracking sound until I stop. I looked for a problem, finding nothing obvious. As I drove off there was a noticeable knocking sound. Did not notice and different in the driving except a slight drift to the left, there is more knocking on rough roads. My 2020 Ram 2500 truck has only 18946 miles driven. I purchased the truck new, have had several of the recalls taken care of. I live in north Texas as of now 38 days temp over 100F. On a web site there are several others with the same problem and several fixes some have worked others not.

RECALL IS NOT BEING COMPLETD IN A TIMELY MANNER. We have not had any incidents but we have been waiting since August of 2022 for the dealer to receive the parts to complete the recall. We have been told that we are on a waiting list and we're actually on the waiting list at 2 different locations. I read online that I should file a complaint if the recall is not completed in a timely manner. We are driving the vehicle with the risks these recalls pose and do not want to have to go through any incident or accidents.

The tailgate on this truck has opened 11 times now while driving down the road. I take it to the dealer and they do nothing about it and say none of their diagnostics show anything. I have researched this problem and for the past consecutive years prior to this year's model, the same issue has been recalled. This last time it happened, it came down while pulling a trailer which bent the tailgate and items fell out of the back of the truck. I took it back to the dealer who stated the same thing and said they would order some parts to replace as they said they have had issues with the (I believe they said right side) bolts or mechanism with precious years but have never contacted me back. Now it continues to open and I have a bent tailgate because of it. Yet no one will do...

Engine compartment hood insulation liner design is deficient and is coming loose from edge closest to windshield. The design of the insulation liner has no trim pins on the back half of the liner and relies on shaped stiffening to keep it up on the hood. Vehicle is under warranty, but the Ram Service department indicated that there's currently no fix identified. They have had numerous complaints. They indicated that even one of there service technicians has the same issue. The reliance on the liner shape stiffening is insufficient and is sagging. This could become a hazard if it drops down on the engine.

PASSENGER SIDE RAMBOX PLASTIC COVERING IS WARPING. RAMBOX'S PLASTIC COVER IS SECURED TO THE SIDE OF THE RAMBOX STRUCTURE VIA DOUBLE SIDED TAPE. DUE TO TEMPERATURE CHANGES THE PLASTIC COVERING EXPANDS AND CONTRACTS IN COLD AND HOT ENVIRONMENTS, CAUSING THE PLASTIC PANEL TO WARP, AND CAUSING THE 3M TAPE THAT IS USED TO SECURE IT TO THE RAMBOX STRUCTURE TO FAIL.
