2015 NISSAN MURANO Steering Problems

My vehicle stop on the highway. Jut cut off out of nowhere. And has been cutting off and losing power. I replaced the battery which I thought was the problem. Then I thought it was the alternator so I took it to nissan to have a diagnostic and they said it was not and that no codes came up that a positive battery cable had to be replaced. I was charged 342 for a diagnostic and to change a cable. They told me to pick up my vehicle and got home it was still cutting off. I took it to O'Reilly they said it was the alternator. Nissan just took my money. Also they printed out a list of other problems that were not addressed or need be repair on this vehicle that i purchased at 118,000 miles. Heard a snap, then lost brakes and steering, caused the car to go into a guard rail.

THE ABS LIGHT COMES ON WHILE DRIVING AND CAR STALLS OR IMMEDIATELY SHUTS DOWN. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO NISSAN AND A DIAGNOSTIC TEST WAS DONE. THEY SAID I NEEDED TO HAVE MY CRANK SHAFT POSITIONING SENSOR CHANGED; I PAID AND HAD IT REPLACED AND STILL I AM EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM. I TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO KINGS NISSAN AT CONEY ISLAND BROOKLYN 2 WEEKS AGO AND IT'S STILL THERE AND THEY CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT'S GOING ON. NOW I AM BEING TOLD THEY'LL HAVE TO TAKE THE CAR APART TO FIGURE WHAT'S THE PROBLEM AND THAT'LL COST ME ABOUT A THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR LABOR, NOT INCLUSIVE OF ANY PARTS THAT MAY NEED TO BE REPLACED. I WAS DRIVING MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER YESTERDAY, WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE CAR SHUTS OFF. THE CAR BEHIND ME ALMOST RAN INTO THE BACK OF MY CAR. ANOTHER TIME ON THE HIGHWAY, THE CAR SHUTS OFF AND I ALMOST HAD A ACCIDENT. I AM SCARED THAT THIS CAN HAPPEN AGAIN AND I WILL BE PUTTING MY LIFE AND MY FAMILY'S LIFE IN DANGER.

ADAPTIVE STEERING FAILED AT BELOW FREEZING TEMPERATURE. LOST ABILITY TO STEER IN A CURVE AND HIT ANOTHER CAR. AFTER, CAR COULD NOT BE DRIVEN, AS STEERING WAS TOTALLY INOPERATIVE. STEERING WHEEL ACTUALLY TURNS 360 DEGREES OVER AND OVER WITH NO AFFECT ON THE FRONT WHEELS.
