Traveling on I-80 in Western Nebraska and SRS and Airbag systems failed. I immediately pulled over and checked connectivity of seatbelt wiring harness. No connection problems on the factory swivel seat were located or noted. I called Mercedes of Loveland and described the problem and the first thing [XXX] the Service Manager asked or accused me of was removing the seat. The seat was removed within the first 60 days of ownership and under 1,000 miles and absolutely no issues up to this point. Mercedes of Loveland takes this VERY seriously because the soonest they could get this safety failure into their service facility was June 13th 2023. I explained that this is my only vehicle that I use it for my livelihood and he told me that they were busy. Please help me out on this. I paid $6,500 for a 7 year 170,000 mile warranty expecting not to be treated like this with something this serious. INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).

My tire pressure monitoring system showed a low tire. I looked and found no nails or other items in the tire. I changed to my spare and took the tire to the tire dealer. He found a crack in the rim near the valve stem - started at the hole. This happened in March of this year. On a recent trip, the same thing happened on another rim. The crack this time was also near the valve stem hole. The crack this time went the direction of the circumference of the rim for about 1". The Les Schwab dealer said he has seen this several times on other vehicles. Neither wheel/rim would hold air pressure. If the crack had been worse, I could have had a wheel/rim failure and possibly crash. I also was on remote roads in Idaho and could have been stranded if the spare wheel would have cracked.
