The contact stated that while driving approximately 15 MPH and depressing the brake pedal, the braked malfunctioned and the vehicle failed to slow down as needed. After continuously depressing the brake pedal for approximately five seconds, the braked activated and the vehicle stopped. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 10,000.
