IF A SPARK HAPPENED WE WOULD HAVE BEEN SET ON FIRE. THE POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT WERE CALLED AND OUR CAR WAS TOWED TO A REPAIR SHOP. I SAW A RECALL #18V278000 ONLINE TODAY 09/05/19, WE WERE NEVER NOTIFIED OF THIS RECALL.

AFTER FILLING FUEL TANK THE CAR STARTS FINE BUT THEN THE ENGINE STALLS MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE FIRST 3-5 MILES. THIS IS HAZARDOUS SINCE IT OFTEN HAPPENS WHEN PULLING INTO TRAFFIC LEAVING THE GAS STATION. IT SEEMS TO GO AWAY AND THE CAR RUNS FINE AFTER SEVERAL MILES OF DRIVING AND STALLING AS I SLOW DOWN FOR STOP LIGHTS OR STOP SIGNS. I RECENTLY BOUGHT THIS JEEP AND THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES AFTER FILLUPS. I JUST GOOGLED THE PROBLEM AND FOUND IT IS A COMMON ISSUE. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE GOOD TO ADD MY INFORMATION TO THE LIST. I HAVE DONE NOTHING TO TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AT THIS POINT.
