WHILE DRIVING MY JEEP LIBERTY ON THE FREEWAY I SUDDENLY HEARD A LOUD CLANKING NOISE. AT ABOUT THE SAME TIME I REALIZED MY ENGINE WAS DEAD AND I COASTED OFF OF THE FREEWAY. MY JEEP WOULD NOT RESTART AND I HAD TO HAVE ASSISTANCE TO PUSH IT TO A GAS STATION. I CALLED A TOWING COMPANY AND HAD IT TOWED TO A JEEP DEALERSHIP WHERE I WAS TREATED VERY RUDELY AND HORRIBLY OVER A 3 TO 4 WEEK PERIOD WHERE THEY REQUESTED NUMEROUS OIL CHANGE RECEIPTS AND BERATED ME OVER THE PHONE EACH TIME I CALLED TO CHECK THE PROGRESS OF MY VEHICLE. AFTER PROVIDING THEM WITH MY MAINTENANCE RECORDS CHRYSLER STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO TURN DOWN THE CLAIM. I HAVE CHANGED THE OIL EVERY 3 THOUSAND MILES WITH RECEIPTS TO PROVE IT. THEY ARE ACCUSING ME FAULTY MAINTENANCE AND REFUSE TO FIX THE VEHICLE. MY VEHICLE HAS 41,000...
