FRIEND'S NEIGHBOR IS A RETIRED AUTO MECHANIC. HE LOOKED AT THE CAR AND FOUND THAT THE ISSUE WAS NOT THE BATTERY, AND DETERMINED IT WAS THE STARTER ITSELF. ALMOST MAGICALLY, THE CAR RANDOMLY DECIDED TO START AGAIN. DROVE IT STRAIGHT TO AN ADDITIONAL AUTO MECHANIC, HE TESTED THE VEHICLE (BATTERY, CABLE CONNECTIONS, WIRES THAT ATTACH TO STARTER) AND ALSO FOUND THAT THE ISSUE WAS THE STARTER.
