The contact stated when she used the remote start function and entered the vehicle to complete the start sequence, she depressed the start button and the vehicle turned off. The contact stated that she attempted to use the start button and the vehicle would not start. The contact attempted to use the remote start feature and later tried her cell phone start app, the vehicle would not start. The contact stated that the instrument panel lights, power locks, and radio remained operative. The contact stated that the check engine warning light and other unknown warning lights illuminated. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer or independent mechanic. The contact used a manufacturer app (OnStar) to diagnose the vehicle, she reported that codes P0E32 an P0E37 were displayed.
