The contact owns a 2022 GMC Yukon. The contact stated that while her daughter was occupying the second-row passenger's side seat, the seat inadvertently folded. The contact stated that the failure recurred on the second-row driver’s side seat while the seat was vacant. Additionally, the contact stated that the horn was inoperable. The contact stated that she was concerned for her safety and the safety of her children.
