The contact stated that while her son was driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled and was unable to reverse with the check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the failure was related to Customer Satisfaction Program: 14M02 (Transmission Control Module Extended Warranty Coverage); however, the warranty had expired.
