TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD EXCURSION. THE CENTRAL LOCKING MECHANISM DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. WHEN THE CONTACT PLACES THE VEHICLE IN DRIVE, THE DOORS ARE AUTOMATICALLY SUPPOSED TO LOCK. THIS DOES NOT OCCUR. HE HAS TO MANUALLY UNLOCK THE DOORS WHEN INSIDE THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT. HE REPLACED ALL OF THE DOOR MODULES, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTS. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 103,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 106,000.
