FORD CLAIMS THEY HAVE A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PROGRAM (13N03) TO ADDRESS PROBLEMS WITH THE ENGINE THROTTLE BODY AND THAT CUSTOMERS WHO COME INTO DEALERSHIPS WILL BE ABLE TO HAVE THE POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE SOFTWARE REPROGRAMMED TO PROTECT THE THROTTLE BODY. THE PROBLEM IS- FORD WILL NOT HONOR THIS PROGRAM UNLESS THE ERROR SHOWS ON THEIR DIAGNOSIS COMPUTER.
