2020 FORD EDGE Visibilitywiper Problems

Is cutting out when going, camera is failing, heated mirrors are not working, 10 codes are showing up on mechanics scan tool. Took to ford dealership they disregarded my concern and only changed differential fluid for a weird sound concern that is already on a recall but didn’t include this vin and didn’t check for any other diagnosis. Been to 3 shops nobody is figuring it out.

The rear view camera glitches and the display is either blacked out or scattered. The motion sensor does not always work when this happens. I was not aware of an on coming car while backing up causing a safety risk. The screen will start glitching and become distorted while I am already backing up, making it hard to know where the objects are. There are not any warning lights to indicate a problem. I brought the car to the service center at the dealership from where I purchased it, They said I would have to pay for a new camera. I did not do that because there is a recall in the 2021 model and other Ford vehicles for the same issue .

REAR VIEW CAMERA FAILED ON MANY OCCASIONS WHILE DRIVING IN REVERSE IN SHOPPING STORE PARKING LOTS AND WHILE DRIVING IN REVERSE OUT OF DRIVEWAYS INTO PUBLIC STREETS. ON A FEW OCCASIONS REAR VIEW CAMERA FAILED TO DISPLAY MOTOR VEHICLES AND PEDESTRIANS. REPORTED ISSUE TO FORD DEALER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WHO STATED THERE WEREN'T RECALLS ON VEHICLE.
