The contact owns a 2015 Ford Edge. The contact stated that while driving 40 MPH, the rear passenger's side tire became flat, and the front passenger's side tire lost a significant amount of air pressure. The contact was able to drive to the residence. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where all four tires were replaced with brand new tires; however, the failure recurred a week later. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, where the deflated tires were resealed; however, the failure recurred a month later. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the rims were corroded. The dealer cleaned the corroded rims and resealed the tires; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, where the contact was informed that the rims and the seal on the rims were defective, causing the tires to deflate....
