I am submitting this complaint regarding an open safety recall on my vehicle, NHTSA Recall 25V721 (Manufacturer Recall 25SB5), which has been active since October 29, 2025. As of today, the recall remains incomplete and the manufacturer states that no remedy or parts are available, with no estimated timeline provided. The recall involves a potential issue where a front seat frame height-adjust pivot bolt may loosen or dislodge, increasing the risk of injury in a crash. According to the manufacturer, this condition may not be identifiable without an incident or collision. My concern is that: 1.The recall has been open for over three months with no interim remedy, inspection protocol, or mitigation guidance offered to owners. 2.The manufacturer has not provided clear written guidance on whether the vehicle is considered safe for continued operation while awaiting the remedy, beyond stating that parts are unavailable. 3.Owners are left in a prolonged...

The contact owns a 2022 Ford Bronco. The contact recently purchased the vehicle to use as a rental vehicle. The contact stated that while registering the vehicle with the rental agency, the contact was made aware of the two open recalls. The recall notifications were NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V455000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) and 25V721000 (Seats); however, parts for the recall repairs were not available. The dealer was made aware of the issue. Due to the parts not being available, the contact might have to sell the vehicle. The manufacturer was contacted and informed the contact that the parts were not yet available. The contact had not experienced a failure.

See attached document for complaint. Dear Ford Motor Company, NHTSA Officials, and Lindsay Ford of Wheaton: I am the registered owner of a 2022 Ford vehicle, XXXXX. I am in receipt of NHTSA Safety Recall Notice 22S72 (dated November 2025, enclosed herein), which states in part: "Vehicle identification Number (VIN): [partial VIN redacted] ... This recall applies to vehicles which may have a defective motor assembly that can cause sudden loss of power, stalling, or fire risk while driving. Until parts are available, Ford recommends parking the vehicle outdoors and away from structures." I am terrified to drive this vehicle. The recall explicitly warns of fire risk, sudden power loss, and inability to restart, all life-threatening conditions. Ford admits no remedy is currently available, and the interim instruction to park outdoors is not a fix; it is an admission that the vehicle is unreasonably dangerous. My Legal Rights Under Federal...

All metal components of the seat have rusted and corroded. The seat is no longer safe and its structural integrity is compromised. This is on the Black Diamond trim package where the interior of the car is marketed and sold as weatherproof with sealed electronic components, marine grade vinyl upholstered seats and drain plugs installed in the floor board to empty water from the floor boards Ford Motor Co has denied the bumper to bumper warranty on these seat components stating that the seat was exposed to moisture This is the ford bronco that is pictured in advertisements and marketing materials with no roof or doors installed, and has supplements and guide materials provided with the owners manual that outlines practices to drive through water / rivers My truck has never been through any standing water
