The contact owns a 2011 Ram 1500. The contact stated while attempting to start the vehicle, the vehicle failed to start. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact stated on the fourth attempt the vehicle started. The contact took the vehicle to the used car dealer where the vehicle was purchased however, the failure was not duplicated. The contact stated that the failure recurred when the temperature was cooler. The contact stated he has also experienced the vehicle stalling and seizing. The contact stated that the fuel pump remained operational after the key was removed from the ignition. The battery was also discharged, and the contact was hearing abnormal sounds.
