TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY WOULD REMAIN STUCK IN THE IGNITION AND PREVENT THE VEHICLE FROM SHUTTING OFF. AS A RESULT, THE KEY WAS UNABLE TO BE RELEASED AND THE ENGINE BATTERY DRAINED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE IGNITION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,000.
