TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE CARAVAN. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH WHEN ALL OF THE WARNING LAMPS ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. IN ADDITION, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND WASHER FLUID MOTOR INDEPENDENTLY ACTIVATED SIMULTANEOUSLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR INSPECTION BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 72000.
