LETTER FROM COMPLAINT REGARDING PROBLEMS WITH HIS 2006 DODGE CARAVAN 3759 VIN; THE VEHICLE WAS REPOSSESSED ON SEPT 30, 2010 AND NOW HAS A RECALL ON IT; HE IS SEEKING HELP IN HAVING THE VEHICLE RETURNED TO HIM. *KB THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE SEEMED TO LOSE POWER AND MADE NOISES WHEN GOING UP A HILL. ALSO, ALL OF THE INSTRUMENTS ON THE DASHBOARD WENT OUT, WHEN THE CONSUMER HIT A BUMP IN THE ROAD. *JB
