TL* THE CONTACT RENTED A 2013 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT. THE CONTACT HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO START THE VEHICLE. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE UNDER CARRIAGE BECAME SEPARATED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
