TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE VIBRATED ABNORMALLY WHILE ACCELERATING AND DECELERATING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE SOFTWARE FOR THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE UPDATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED FIVE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
