The contact stated that the doors closed independently if there was a slight wind or if the vehicle was parked on a slight incline with front of the vehicle pointed toward the incline. The contact stated that the doors had closed on his legs on several occasions while exiting or entering the vehicle. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer or independent mechanic.
