Onstar system failed in car, dealership has to order new telamatics system. The system is on a national back order with no eta. I was told to pickup my car car with no resolution in site. This is unsafe to continue to drive my car with this failed system. My car is still under bumper to bumper warranty.

Onstar Module failed causing battery to drain and no ETA on part -- from Chevy - To drive the vehicle the module is disconnected by the dealer as parasitic battery drain causes all other safety systems to fail - with module disconnected hazard lights will not work - so if situation happens where hazards are necessary to save occupants life they are not working and functioning due to care to able to function.

Antenna- on top of roof- came off in touch free car wash. Upon researching, I’ve seen this is a very common problem with this year model of traverse.

Onstar telematics control module not working. Dealer says part is in back order. Some vehicle safety features are not available. GPS not available. When my phone is connected via android auto my GPS some times show my location as being in New Jersey while I'm actually in New York and nowhere close to the location shown.

Onstar Telematics module failure. Zero connectivity with onstar in the event of theft or crash. Also causing loss of navigation, wifi, and supercruise. Cannot connect to gm app for vehicle updates or to start engine, or lock/unlock doors. Dealer syates the part is on back order with no eta.

- Brake assist system failure -Electronic stability control alert - Brake pedal goes to the floor and car doesn't stop -Potential master cylinder malfunction due to faulty part. (See photo below). Safety of self and others put at risk as car became uncontrollable due to complete loss of braking power while driving. Dealership has not notified yet due to long waiting of other vehicles undergoing maintenance (in my case 2 days at time of this report) Part hasn’t been inspected yet. Issue seems in line with similar incident referring to other 2025 and 2024 Traverse molels. Warning signs and alerts appeared only at time of incident (See photo below)

The roof-mounted antenna (shark fin style) detached from my 2025 Chevrolet Traverse (approx mileage:7,500) during normal use. This should not occur on a new vehicle, and I have seen multiple other owners of the same model year reporting the same issue. If the antenna were to detach while driving, it could create a safety hazard to other vehicles on the road. My vehicle is scheduled for dealer inspection, but I believe this should be documented as a potential defect.

I purchased a 2025 Chevy Traverse in April 2025. The car had under 1056 miles on it. I was in another state 325 miles away from home when lights came on in the car. The PARK brake came on, the ABS light came on and a few others. The alert said, Service ESC, and service Brake Assist. What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? We did research online and there were 33 other complaints from people with similar complaints. They reported that it was a master cylinder part and the dealers don’t have the part in stock. It could take up to two weeks for the part. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? My safety and my husband’s safety were at risk because we had to drive the car home. Our lives were at risk if...

This vehicle had 19500miles on it when we picked it up at the airport rental agency. It was 2WD model. We used it for 2200 miles on a family vacation and 95% of this was interstate highways. Smooth road surfaces. The travel conditions were sunny hot, dry. There were 6 passengers and a decent amount of luggage. Rear cargo area still had foot or more of space though so it was not stuffed like for a beach trip. At one point after getting on the highway from on ramp, there was a horrible sound. It got louder and louder quickly and caused us to panic. My husband looked in all the mirrors. He said it sounded like a Peterbilt semi was barreling down on our ass. But there was none in the mirrors. He quickly let off the gas pedal during this and the sound went away. As we sped...

My Traverse prompted me to do an update - I did- and all my cameras stopped working- took to dealership - they tried to do a Manuel update and locked up the whole system- and the USB’s stopped working - 4 weeks later waiting on new system and no answer in site for when parts will be in - contacted GM and they escalated issue - told to be patient - just made my 3rd payment - I want a new car not a traverse - want them to buy back their lemon - after reading all the issues shame on GM for ignoring all these complaints

The transmission system on my 2025 Chevrolet Traverse began showing signs of failure approximately 2–3 months after purchase. Symptoms include erratic shifting, gear hesitation, and sporadic power loss while driving. Although the issue was promptly reported to Chevrolet headquarters, I was unable to bring the vehicle to the dealer earlier due to the lack of available loaner vehicles. The car is now at the dealership and has been there for nearly three weeks without any updates or contact from the service team. The transmission is available for inspection, and documentation of the issue exists. The malfunction has created safety risks during normal driving, including delayed acceleration when merging into traffic and unexpected gear disengagement at speed. These conditions compromise vehicle control and increase the likelihood of a collision. Additionally, the vehicle produces a persistent squeaky noise from the accelerator pedal during operation, which could indicate underlying mechanical stress or a...
