THE CONSUMER STATED THE HYBRID CONTROL MODULE WAS FAILED AND THERE WOULD BE NO PARTS AVAILABLE TO REPAIR IT. THE MANUFACTURER DENIED REPAIR ASSISTANCE AND WOULD NOT BUY BACK THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE'S MILEAGE WAS 149,169.
