THE CONTACT TURNED OFF THE VEHICLE AND WHEN ATTEMPTING TO RESTART IT, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE AUTHORIZED DEALER. THE CONTACT WAS WAITING FOR THE DIAGNOSIS. THE CONTACT WAS MADE AWARE THAT THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN RECALL NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 14V355000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). HOWEVER, THE PART NEEDED WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE A SPECIFIC DATE FOR WHEN THE PART WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALSO CONTACTED AND COULD NOT PROVIDE AN ESTIMATED DATE FOR WHEN THE VEHICLE WOULD RECEIVE THE RECALL REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
