REPEATED BRAKE FAILURE. *PH IT SEEMED THAT THE BRAKES WOULD STOP FUNCTIONING AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED IN STOP AND GO TRAFFIC, STOP SIGNS OR LIGHT. THE DEALER DETERMINED THAT THE PROBLEM MAY BE TOO MUCH ENGINE HEAT TO THE MASTER CYLINDER, THEREFORE THEY INSTALLED A HEAT SHIELD BETWEEN THE ENGINE AND MASTER CYLINDER. WE OWN A 1997 FLEETWOOD BOUNDER CHASSIS # [XXX] AND FLEETWOOD # [XXX]. THE DRIVER SIDE AND PASSENGER SIDE WINDOWS ARE INSULATED GLASS THE SEALS HAVE BROKEN ALLOWING MOISTURE TO ENTER BETWEEN THE TWO PAINS OF GLASS. IT'S BECOMING INCREASING DIFFICULT TO SEE OUT OF THE SIDE VIEW MIRRORS, THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS CONDITION WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL CLOSE CALLS. THESE WIDOWS SHOULD BE OF A BETTER QUALITY OR SINGLE PANE SO THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN. MANY MEMBERS OF OUR BOUNDER ORGANIZATION ARE HAVING SIMILAR PROBLEMS.
