2011 BMW 328I Service Brakes Problems

I got up to leave my house and entered my vehicle and proceeded to start my car. I started it and moved the gear shift so that I can reverse out my driveway. With my foot on the brake I attempted to put the car in reverse and soon as I took the car out of park, my car accelerated forward and the brakes completely locked up. It accelerated so hard and fast that it broke through my gate and knocked down my other gate. I turned the car off when it accelerated because the brakes locked and even with the power off the car accelerated. My driver and passenger airbags deployed because my car all of the sudden lurched forward on it's own and I bumped the car in front of me and when it happened my car started accelerating and revving all on it's own into the car ahead and I was trying to make it stop by pushing the brakes but the brake pedal wouldnt move it was hard and wouldnt move so my car kept accelerating bumping the car in front of me over and over and I was stomping down on the brake pedal to make it stop but it wouldnt. I HAVE HAD SEVEN (7) ABS WHEEL SPEED SENSORS REQUIRING REPLACEMENT (EVERY WHEEL AT LEAST ONCE, THE RIGHT FRONT TWICE, AND THE LEFT FRONT THREE TIMES) SINCE I PURCHASED THE CAR NEW IN 2011. IT CURRENTLY HAS RELATIVELY LOW MILEAGE (<41,000 MILES); THE FIRST FAILURE OCCURRED IN JANUARY 2014 AT ABOUT 12, 700 MILES. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO REPLACE AN ABS WHEEL SENSOR ON ANY OF THE NUMEROUS OTHER CARS WITH ABS THAT I HAVE OWNED SINCE 1989. THE LOSS OF ABS FUNCTION CREATES AN OBVIOUS SAFETY HAZARD. WHEN THE SENSOR FAILS, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, ABS LIGHT, AND BRAKE WARNING LIGHT ALL COME ON - INTERMITTENTLY INITIALLY, BUT SOON LIT AT ALL TIMES. THE FAILURES OCCURRED IN 2014, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2017, AND 2020.

I BOUGHT THIS CAR FROM THE DEALERSHIP SO I HAVE TO RETURN THE CAR BECAUSE ALL THIS ISSUES AND NOW THE CAR IS FOR SALE AGAIN AT THE DEALERSHIP

TAKATA- RECALL RELATED TO AIRBAGS,& SEAT BELT, HOWEVER WHEN YOU CALL THE BMW OF MEMPHIS THEY STATE THERE IS NO RECALL OR REMEDY FOR THE AIRBAGS & SEAT BELTS.. IT IS VERY UNSAFE TO DRIVE THIS CAR AS EVERYTIME YOU IN THE CAR THE SEAT BELT LIGHT & AIRBAG LIGHTS CAME ON ALL THE TIME AND STAY ON. THERE SHOULD BE A NATIONAL RECALL WITH A REMEDY TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AS SAFETY COME FIRST. HOWEVER, I HAVE CALL SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THERE IS NO REMEDY FOR AIRBAGS AND SEATBELT ISSUE.THE VEHICLE CAN BE STATIONARY WHEN THIS HAPPENS AND IN MOTION

I WAS ON THE STREET. WHEN I GOT INTO A CAR ACCIDENT ON MAY 28 2017. MY AIRBAGS DEPLOYED AFTER I SLAMMED SOMEONE IN THE BACK BECAUSE MY BRAKES WERE NOT PROPYL WORKING. MY AIRBAGS ALSO SHOT OUT SOME METAL FRAGMENTS CUTTING MY HAND UP.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BMW 328I. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND FAILED TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE ROLLED TO A STOP. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO A MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE HYDRAULIC VACUUM PUMP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V627000 (SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 43,000.

FOURTH WHEEL SPEED SENSOR WAS REPLACED TODAY. THE CAR HAS ABOUT 27,000 MILES. THE FIRST SENSOR FAILED WHEN THE CAR WAS ABOUT 2 1/2 YEARS OLD. THE FACT THAT ALL FOUR WHEEL SPEED SENSOR HAVE FAILED SUGGESTS TO ME A DESIGN OR MANUFACTURING FLAW. IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE IN THAT THE ABS, STABILITY CONTROL, AND CRUISE CONTROL ARE DISABLED WHEN THIS HAPPENS.
