NHTSA Complaint #11708906 — 2023 TOYOTA RAV4 PRIME

My car's instrumental panel display (aka combination meter) went blank. This has been described in the NHTSA recall# 25V595, but no remedy is available at this time. It will not come back by restarting the car or disconnecting/reconnecting the battery. The dealership tried to reset the ECU multiple times, but that did not bring back the display. The dealership has not provided me with a loaner car. I cannot see the vehicle's speed and remaining gas, or if any doors are not shut. This makes operation of the vehicle unsafe.
