Consumer Description
4 wheel drive system failure and dashboard warning light has been on since late 2024! Took it to a Jeep dealer. They specified a problem with the PTU upon inspection. The part was unavailable for repair. Through the Mopar website, my Jeep has been recalled for this problem since Jan 2025. There is still no fix as of 12/3/25!!!! I phoned dealer to see if it could be repaired as per the recall... they tell me they cannot help me and to call Chrysler. Ridiculous. Please advise!! I do not want to experience further damage to my car and unexpected motor loss as the recall states... and I want my 4WD working again as it greatly helps with car control in wet situations and I often travel through mountains (snow). Thank you for your time and assistance.
