NHTSA Complaint #11692902 — 2024 JEEP WRANGLER

Software update on 10/10/25. In afternoon. Accepted update over our home wifi. [XXX] left house at [XXX] to go to Gunnison to visit our kids. After I pulled out of the driveway the car shut off. I started it again and drove a block car shut off again. Switched to e-save and drove the car down to mailbox. As I pulled into mailbox center the car shut off again. I restarted noted the check engine light and drove home. Called Perkins motors in colorado springs. Got an appointment to bring the car in at 1pm. Drove straight to the dealers service. They asked if I did a software update, which I confirmed. They said other 4xe owners had experienced the same issue.
