Consumer Description

on September 29, the turtle mode on the car went on in the car physically stopped. I banged my knees underneath the dashboard with my son. My grandson was in the back and he got jolted a bit on the seat car seat. This is the third time this turtle mode has come on my vehicle and this is the second time I send a car to the Chrysler dealership. I was informed by the dealership they exchanging apart from another car and they waiting for another piece to install in my car this car is very dangerous towards my family and the turtle mode needs to be addressed. This car is very dangerous on the road to me and other.
