Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid. The contact stated that on several occasions while the vehicle was stopped, the gear selector was twisted to select a different gear; however, the response was significantly delayed, or failed to shift into gear as intended. The contact stated that after approximately two attempts, or after waiting for several seconds, the transmission would shift into the intended gear. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 200.
