Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport. The contact stated that while driving at 35-40 MPH, the vehicle started shuddering, shifted into gears unintendedly and failed to exceed 4 RPMs and 10 MPH. The messages "System Failure Mileage" and "Parking Not Available" were displayed. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 136,000.
