Consumer Description
The exterior A-pillar applique trim clip attachments on my 2011 Ford Explorer have failed, and the part is on backorder due to a recall. This issue prevents me from completing a necessary inspection, as the component cannot be replaced or properly secured until the recall part becomes available. The malfunction poses a safety risk while driving and requires immediate resolution to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy. I urgently need assistance in expediting the repair or receiving an alternative solution so I can complete the required inspection and safely operate my vehicle without further delays
