Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport. The contact stated that upon routine maintenance at the local dealer, it was noticed that the CV axle needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired due to the cost. Upon further investigation, the contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V074000 (Suspension) and Customer Satisfaction Program: 22B27; however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 73,000.
