NHTSA Complaint #11661950 — 2022 FORD F-150 HYBRID

Vehicle started screeching at a high pitch deafening tone. It terrified me and has made my ears ring and hurt all day....went and had a hearing test done and I now have mild hearing loss...will go back in two weeks to test it again. I pulled over and turned radio and truck off....and it still keep screaming. I disconnected the battery and it also still kept doing it. I drove to the dealership while.trying to plug ears shut with fingers.. After a hour there setting up to pay and leave the truck with them, it stopped. I did do the hearing test after it happened because my ears hurt and kept on ringing. I also recorded a video on my phone of the sound that was blasting out. I thought I smelt burning wires but realized later that the sound was way higher than the radio turned all the way up and the smell was coming from all the speakers being pushed over their max decimal compasity.
